Hell Day Timeline:
- Check-in, Equipment issued, & Introductions: 6:00AM-8:00 AM
- Hell Day Fitness Test: 8:00-10:00 AM
- Pool Evolutions: 10:00-12:00 PM
- Land Evolutions: 12:00-7:00 PM
- Cleanup, Debrief, Closing Speeches: 7:00-8:00 PM

What is Hell Day?
Got what it takes for a career in U.S. Special Operations? SOCOM Athlete Hell Day events are open to ages 16+, providing a safe & challenging day of immersive training in locations across the United States since 2018. SOCOM Athlete instructors include active duty Navy SEALs, Air Force PJs, Army Green Berets, and more. Instructors provide invaluable mentorship to students, teaching critical fundamentals, proper techniques, and providing expert training tips. Events take place at world-class training facilities, often taking students onto the finest U.S. military bases in America. The event includes a Fitness Test, Pool Training, Challenging Physical Evolutions, Rucking, Log PT, Team Problem Solving, and more.
Hell Day students are taught to work together as a team, where leadership & effective communication are paramount for success. Hell Day events aim to develop warrior-mindset and a "never-quit" attitude, all while building new friendships & memories of a lifetime with like-minded individuals.
