A Medical Waiver/Assumption of risk form is disseminated upon registration. Students must be at least 16 years old to participate. Parental consent is required for minors.
Hell Day Timeline:
- Check-in, Base Access: 5:30-7:00 AM
- Equipment issued, Instructor introductions: 7:00-8:00 AM
- Hell Day Fitness Test: 8:00-10:00 AM
- Pool Evolutions: 10:00AM-1:00 PM
- Ruck March: 1:00-3:00 PM
- Team Events: 3:00-6:00 PM
- Cleanup, Debrief, Closing Speeches: 6:00-8:00 PM

Events take place at world-class training facilities, taking students onto the finest U.S. military bases in America. The event includes a Fitness Test, Pool Training, Challenging Physical Evolutions, Rucking, Log PT, Team Problem Solving, and more.
Hell Day students are taught to work together as a team, where leadership & effective communication are paramount for success.
