Hello, my name is Daniel Irani and I’m a 20 year old Criminology Sophmore.

My concentrations outside of

academics are cardiovascular fitness and strength training. That’s not considering a few sports that I dabbled with when I was younger, I’m relativly new to the physical training scene.

I’ve been fortunate not to experince any serious injuries outside of shin splints (which still affect me).

My goal within the next two years is to be able to max out the APFT with energy to spare.

Right now, I have a long way to go.
