Uniform/Equipment: Please read the equipment list carefully:

  • ID: Driver's license, passport, CAC, etc.

  • Rucksack/Large Outdoor Backpack

  • 2 Pairs: All black athletic shorts & shirt

    • Small logos are authorized.

  • 1 Pair Running shoes

  • All Black Swim bottoms/shorts

  • Dive Mask (Masks are available to borrow upon request) 

  • Facial Covering

  • Snacks ~600-800 calories (Quest Bar, Fruit, Beef Jerky, etc)

  • ½ Gallon H20

  • ½ Gallon Gatorade or Powerade

  • Towel
