Any tips/workouts that would help grow muscle on your arm near your wrist are, and any workouts to strengthen your wrists to prevent unjury or bone fractures.
I usually do towel pull-ups or use a captains of crush grip trainer to help strengthen that area, it’s helped my forearms quite a bit. I also tie a weight to a broomstick with about 2-3 feet of rope and twist the broomstick up until the rope is completely wrapped around. Those 3 helped me a lot.
